鹹魚仔蒸豬肉

材料:
豬冧肉12兩
薑1舊
鹹魚仔1碗

處理:
1. 鹹魚仔,清水浸2~3分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
2. 豬冧肉,洗淨,切薄片,放碗內。
3. 薑,去皮,切絲,放豬肉內,加入調味料:
a. 生粉2茶匙
b. 油2茶匙
c. 蠔油1茶匙
d. 生抽1茶匙
e. 糖1茶匙
加入鹹魚仔,撈勻,鋪平在碟上。

烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸豬肉20分鐘或以上。
3. 蒸好,完成,可享用。

Steam pork meat with dried salted baby fish

Ingredients:
Pork rum meat 12 taels
Ginger 1 No.
Dried salted baby fish 1 bowl

Preparation:
1. Dried salted baby fish, soak in tap water for 2~3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Drain.
2. The pork, get it rinsed. Thinly slice. Put in a bowl.
3. Ginger, get it peeled and shredded. Mix with pork meat. Add seasoning.
a. Tapioca starch 2 tsp
b. Oil 2 tsp
c. Oyster sauce 1 tsp
d. Light soya sauce 1 tsp
e. Sugar 1 tsp
Add in dried baby salted fish. Mix well. Flatten it on plate.

Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam the pork at high flame 20 minutes or more.
3. Steam well. Complete. Serve
